A Durbanite, Natasha Singh, completed her BSc Dietetics degree and her Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and Human Nutrition, at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, Pietermaritzburg. After completing her Community Service in Durban, she saw it fitting to remain in KZN and joined the On Track Family in August 2011.
Currently studying towards her Masters in Dietetics.

Her passion for helping others by empowering them to help themselves, is what drove her into her chosen field. She offers a holistic and quality approach to dietary management, providing each individual with a tailored plan that suits their lifestyle and does not solely rely on the number on the scale as a measure of progress.

Her interests include, amongst others: Weight management; Diabetes (Gestational, pre- & borderline); High cholesterol; High Blood Pressure, Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome, Insulin Resistance; Allergies/Intolerances; Gastro-Intestinal disturbances; Children (what to feed your child at any stage of development: from birth to adolescence); Nutrition during pregnancy; the Elderly; Nutritional Complications of Surgery and Sports Nutrition.

She is also a partner with Discovery and offers Vitality Nutrition Assessments and a member of Universal Healthcare, Centre for Diabetes and Endocrinology and the Discovery Vitality Network.
